Who am I
Bo Vestbirk Laub
Globally experienced lawyer and commercial executive with a professional background predominantly from renewable energy, oil & gas and transportation/shipping with worldwide industry leaders. I have significant experience successfully leading negotiations and closing multi-million-dollar service and supply contracts and M&A deals within the energy- and shipping industry, both on the selling and the buying side. Transitioning from a purely legal role to executive commercial management, I have honed my skills in international executive leadership, commercial management, and stakeholder management. Combining my commercial, leadership and legal skills I create sustainable results. My approach is to build internal and external relationships based on trust and integrity through an open, positive and delegating mindset. I am recognized for my sharp analytical mind, strong people and communication skills and a drive for continuous development. My strategic, commercial and operational acumen, combined with significant international leadership and specialist experience, make me a valuable asset to any organisation. Contracts – negotiations – commercial and legal
Laub Advisory supports the design of the procurement or sales strategy, both generally and for specific sourcing projects. We manage and execute the complete contracting process from contract tactics, negotiation preparation, contract review, drafting and negotiation to signature. Laub Advisory’s advise on contracts includes both commercial and legal aspects. We are especially experienced in large offshore renewable energy CAPEX and service contracts, Oil and Gas service contracts, and shipping related projects, including procurement of vessels.


Interim Commercial Management
With a more than 20 years international career as a leader spanning the renewable energy, oil & gas, and transportation/shipping industries, I bring a wealth of global executive experience to the table. Having transitioned from a purely legal background to executive commercial management, I have successfully negotiated and closed multi-billion EUR supply contracts and sevice contracts and M&A deals on both the selling and buying sides within the energy and shipping sectors. My leadership experience is underpinned by significant cultural awareness and a strong grasp of international executive management.
As an interim leader for commercial teams, whether in sales or procurement, I am well-equipped to drive success, inspire teams, and achieve outstanding results.
